TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR
Begin each competition with
5-minutes of unique mobility and movement as a group.
This round will consist of 5 bodyweight or weighted exercises that will be performed 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off.
Performed individually on a heavy bag. There will be six 3 minute rounds with 30-second breaks in between rounds.
Cool down and stretching, consisting of static stretching, yoga flow, and mobility.

Tuesday - Upper body weights/Core/Boxing - 7:00 PM
Wednesday - Body weight/Core/Kickboxing - 7:00 PM
Thursday - Lower body weights/Core/Boxing - 7:00 PM
Saturday - Full body/Core/Kickboxing - 10:30 AM
